The location of Builth Wells Theory Test Centre for car, motorcycle and HGV/LGV candidates is:

If you are travelling to the test centre by car, the nearest parking facility is at The Groe, costing £1.00 for 2 hours. It is on the same road as the test centre, within a minute’s walk.
If arriving by bus, there is a stop on Strand Hall, within a 2 minute walk of the test centre.
The nearest station is Builth Road and is not within walking distance of the test centre.
The test centre is at the rear of the Spar Buildings.
If you need to contact the theory test centre, you must get in touch with the DVSA who manage theory test bookings. The telephone number is 0300 200 1122. The opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
